Job Position: Maintenance
Location: WYLIE, TX 75098
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift
Description: Responsibilities: · Working with production to improve processes · Ensuring PM’s are being completed properly and timely. · Continuing to build CMMS system with new PMs and mean time between failure analysis · Improving spare part storage and management · Organizing contractors for projects Requirements · Education: Preferred degree in engineering or industrial maintenance. · Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership role in manufacturing environment. · Technical Skills: Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Experience with drives, PLCs, and HMIs is preferred · Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safety regulations for manufacturing environments to ensure a safe working environment.
